Include but not limited to medication administration‚ health assessment and intervention‚ providing required treatments and initiating‚ implementing and updating the residents’ plan of care.

1. Current Certificate of competence with the Ontario College of Nurses
2. Experience in geriatric or Long Term Care nursing;
3. Proven track record of demonstrating leadership‚ being self-directed;
4. Proven track record of demonstrating skills in planning‚ co-ordinating and supervising the work of other nursing personnel;
5. Must show evidence of maturity‚ excellent communication skills‚ empathy and an ability to work in harmony with a team.
6. Must willing & available to work 2 weekends in 4 and alternate (or 1/2) holidays‚ and either Christmas/Boxing Day or New's‚ as the needs of the home & seniority require.
